Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook authentic wood-fired pizzas
- Handle dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching
- Manage wood-fired oven temperature and baking process
- Maintain hygiene and kitchen standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Requirements :
- Experience with wood-fired pizza ovens is required
- Strong understanding of dough making and fermentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Attention to detail and passion for quality food
