Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team effectively.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and business targets .
- Drive new customer acquisition and improve customer retention.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Manage branch expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and healthcare standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the branch.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience , preferably in the healthcare industry .
- Proven experience in branch management, sales, operations, or business development .
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid target orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of branch performance.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
