DescriçãoAbout the Role: We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our rapidly growing Pharmacy team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving multiple new business initiatives like scaling up specialist medicines, working on prescription partner management and driving initiatives that enhance customer experience across Amazon's pharmacy business. Key job responsibilitiesProject ManagementWork on critical business projects including specialist medicines, prescription management, and more to drive business growthDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestonesIdentify and resolve bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks proactivelyBrand ManagementWork with internal and external stakeholders to drive business metrics that directly impact seller and customer experienceBuild and manage relationships with top pharmaceutical brands to improve selection, availability, and complianceDrive brand registry adoption and work towards reducing customer contact rate (CCR) defectsAnalyze brand performance data and develop strategies to improve key business metricsProgram ManagementCreate and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentationConduct regular business reviews and prepare executive-level presentationsManage risk assessment and mitigation strategiesDrive data-driven decision making through analytics and reportingDefine and track program KPIs, OKRs, and success metricsDevelop scalable mechanisms and SOPs to ensure operational excellenceStakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech,
