Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team at Physics Wallah Hazaribag. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate quality leads and drive student footfall to the center through effective offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to promote center programs.
- Conduct lead generation campaigns through field marketing initiatives.
- Organize and manage canopy campaigns , roadshows, and on-ground activations.
- Distribute leaflets, pamphlets, and promotional materials in targeted areas.
- Coordinate with schools, coaching hubs, and local communities to generate leads.
- Engage with prospective students and parents, providing information about courses and benefits.
- Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information.
- Align and schedule center visits for interested leads.
- Track daily activity performance and report outcomes to the reporting manager.
- Ensure brand visibility and awareness in assigned territories.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in offline/field marketing (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in field environments and meet targets.
- Basic understanding of sales and lead conversion processes.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in education/edtech marketing.
- Familiarity with local areas, schools, and student networks in Hazaribag.
- Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.
