Job Summary

Krishak Jagat is looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive newspaper circulation, subscription growth, and advertisement sales in the Indore region. The role involves direct market interaction, building strong client relationships, and executing on-ground marketing strategies to expand brand reach among farmers, agri-businesses, and local enterprises.

**Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Promote and sell newspaper subscriptions to individuals, farmers, and institutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets for subscriptions and ad sales

Market Development

- Identify new business opportunities in urban, semi-urban, and rural areas around Indore
- Conduct field visits to increase brand awareness and customer base
- Develop relationships with retailers, vendors, and distribution partners

Marketing Activities

- Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution
- Collect market feedback insights

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business




- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels

RequirementsEducation

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in media, advertising, or FMCG)
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to work in field may also apply

Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of the Indore market and nearby regions
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Additional Requirements

- Must be comfortable with field sales and local travel
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
