Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Conduct impactful counselling sessions and explain course benefits
- Handle objections and close student enrollments successfully
- Build long-term relationships with learners
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily follow-up reports
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets

Requirements :

- Graduate degree is mandatory
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in sales
- At least 6 months to 1 year of EdTech sales experience required
- Minimum 1 year stability in the same company preferred
- Fluent English communication skills mandatory
- Solid negotiation and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable working 6 days a week
