About Us

Padmabiz Agrotech Industries is a growing agri-products company dealing in premium dry fruits and raw spices , including Makhana, Cashew, Kishmish, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom , and other related products. We focus on quality sourcing and long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to expand our retail presence and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The role involves field sales , retailer visits, product demonstrations, order collection, and coordination for timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit new and existing retailers on a regular basis

- Introduce company products and show product samples :

- Take orders and ensure accurate order documentation

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers

- Help coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment :





- Collect market feedback, pricing information, and competitor activity

- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base

- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets

Requirements & Skills

- Proven experience in field sales / FMCG sales preferred
- Knowledge of dry fruits, spices, or food products is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally for daily market visits
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of order booking and follow-ups
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
