About Kabilai Farm : Kabilai Farm is a rapid-growing direct-to-consumer dairy brand focused on delivering fresh, high-quality milk and dairy products to urban households. We are expanding our local presence and looking for energetic individuals to grow with us.

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Promoter to represent Kabilai Farm at assigned high-footfall locations and key residential areas. This is a part-time role focused on direct customer engagement and local sales activation.

Responsibilities :

- Promote Kabilai products at designated locations using company standee and marketing materials.
- Explain product benefits clearly and encourage on-the-spot customer registrations or orders.
- Collect and record customer details accurately.




- Maintain professional appearance and represent the brand positively.
- Submit daily sales and activity report to the supervisor.

Salary & Incentive :

- ₹6,000 fixed salary (Part-Time)
- ₹200 incentive per customer*.
- Higher earnings possible based on performance

Requirements :

- Good communication skills.
- Confident in speaking with strangers
- Basic smartphone handling skills
- Target-driven and energetic personality
