About the Role

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven Proactive Sales Executive to support our corporate and events business at our Hyderabad location. This is a field sales role focused on acquiring corporate clients and driving bookings for team outings, corporate events, and group experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach corporate clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation
- Pitch corporate events, team outings, and entertainment solutions to HR teams and decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business




- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth event execution
- Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, corporate sales, event sales, hospitality, or similar roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and networking
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
