We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to generate repeat business opportunities
- Build and maintain robust long-term customer relationships
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Update daily call reports and sales performance records

Required Skills :

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills




- Excellent listening and convincing ability
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software/calling systems
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or a related field
- Prior experience in the steel, construction, or industrial products industry will be an added advantage
