Role Overview
As a Telesales Executive , you will be part of Rezoni’s sales team and will work directly on converting cart-abandonment leads into confirmed purchases through calls, product guidance, and attractive offers.
This is a 100% Work From Home position with base salary + commission per sale , allowing high performers to earn very well.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers who have abandoned their carts on the Rezoni website
- Understand customer concerns and answer product-related questions
- Offer attractive deals or discounts to close the sale
- Guide customers through the ordering process
- Maintain a skilled and friendly sales approach
- Track daily conversions and performance
Requirements :
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Prior telesales or customer calling experience is mandatory
- laptop and stable internet connection
