- Guide students and parents on academic and career options
- Understand student interests, aptitude, and goals
- Explain courses, colleges, and career paths clearly
- Maintain proper follow-up and records

Eligibility :

- Graduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Training provided for freshers

2. Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives Work Mode : Office-based

Responsibilities :

- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Pitch company services to potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Update CRM and sales reports





Eligibility :

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven approach

3. Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary : Up to ₹45,000 per month + Performance Incentives Work Mode : Office-based

Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute business growth strategies
- Manage and guide the BDE team
- Handle key clients and partnerships
- Monitor sales performance and revenue targets
- Prepare reports for management

- 2-5 years experience in business development
