Job Title : Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Outbound Calling : Make 80-120 calls daily to prospective customers from provided databases
- Lead Generation : Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, and generate sales leads
- Product Pitching : Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly over calls
- CRM Management : Update all call details, customer responses, and lead status in CRM/software daily
- Target Achievement : Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets set by management
- Customer Handling : Address customer queries, resolve basic objections, and escalate complex issues
- Reporting : Share daily call reports and lead status with the team lead/manager

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
- Experience : 0-3 years in telecalling, telesales,



or customer service preferred. Freshers with good communication can apply
- Language : Fluent in Hindi + English. Knowledge of regional language is a plus
- Communication : Clear speaking voice, active listening, and strong persuasion skills
- Technical : Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and ability to use CRM/dialer software
- Traits : Target-oriented, patient, confident, and able to handle rejection
