We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Executive to counsel students, handle inquiries, convert leads into admissions, and support business growth for our coding and IT training programs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Student Counseling & Admissions

- Counsel students and parents about IT courses (Java, Python, Web Development, Data Analytics, etc.)
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
- Explain course structure, fees, duration, placements & career scope
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

2. Lead Handling & Follow-ups

- Handle walk-in, call, WhatsApp, website & online leads
- Maintain inquiry & admission records

3. Sales & Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Promote offers, demo classes, and new batches
- Support marketing campaigns & events

4. Documentation & Fee Collection





- Collect and verify student documents
- Fee collection & coordination with accounts team
- Update student records in CRM / Excel

5. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with trainers & academic team
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly admission reports
- Feedback collection from students

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Convincing & counseling ability
- Sales-oriented & target-driven mindset
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience in education sales / telecalling / counseling is a plus
- Friendly personality & skilled attitude

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
