Job Summary : Key Responsibilities : Inquiry & Sales Coordination

- Generate and track customer inquiries.
- Review technical requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
- Prepare and finalize quotations.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmation.
- Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate for advance and final payment collections.

Production & Execution Coordination

- Process indents to the production department.
- Plan and monitor delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate between production, execution, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor order status and ensure smooth project flow.

Dispatch & Operations

- Oversee day-to-day running and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper documentation before dispatch.
- Close orders after successful dispatch and completion.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project documentation and database records.
- Create and update MIS reports.
- Maintain client and project tracking sheets.

Marketing & Presentation

- Prepare PPT presentations for product representation.




- Develop product literature for brochures and exhibitions.
- Assist in exhibition preparation and marketing material coordination.

Required Skills :

- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and order processing.
- Valuable understanding of production planning and dispatch processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Documentation and database management skills.

Qualification :

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination (preferably manufacturing/automation industry).
