We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented City Lead to manage and grow our business. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end city operations, P&L; ownership, sales growth, and team performance.

- Key ResponsibilitiesTake complete ownership of the city's P&L; and business performance.
- Manage day-to-day city operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle vehicle management, driver availability, and fleet utilization.
- Oversee hub management and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor business performance through reports, MIS, and data analysis.
- Lead, motivate, and manage city-level teams.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets.
- Required Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of experience in Mobility, Transportation, Taxi, or Logistics operations.
- Strong experience in P&L; management and business ownership.
- Good knowledge of vehicle, hub, sales, and team management.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
