We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to engage prospects, qualifying

leads, and closing the leads. This role is ideal for someone who’s persuasive, organized,

and thrives in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

● Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, or services

● Proactively contact prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM

tools

● Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities

● Present products/services clearly and confidently to customer needs

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships





● Manage the leads pipeline and track activity in the CRM

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

● Handle objections and negotiate pricing within guidelines

● Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries

KEY REQUIREMENT

● Min 6 Month Experience- of work experience into core marketing field specially in a startup

environment

● Experience in SaaS or marketplaces etc

● Exposure to international or multi-market growth
