Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of business, sales, and technology. You will translate client needs into solution briefs that technical teams can evaluate and execute, while explaining AI, software, and automation concepts in practical business language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in discovery calls and help document client processes, challenges, objectives, and technology requirements.
- Research AI, software, SaaS, automation, and digital solutions relevant to each opportunity.
- Work with technical teams to validate feasibility and develop high-level solution concepts and workflows.
- Prepare proposals, solution documents, scope summaries, presentations and supporting sales materials.
- Support client presentations, answer questions, respond to requests for information, and hand over requirements after a deal closes.




- Maintain reusable proposal templates, case studies, and a library of ThorSignia service capabilities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid client communication, requirements-gathering, research, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to understand AI and software concepts and communicate their business value clearly.
- Comfort with PowerPoint or Google Slides, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CRM and sales tools.
- 1–3 years in pre-sales, business analysis, IT consulting, solution consulting, technical sales, or a related client-facing role is preferred.
- Available to work full time from the HSR Layout office.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to AI or Generative AI, SaaS, APIs, cloud technologies, automation, or software development.
- Experience in software, AI, SaaS, IT services, or technology consulting.
