Only Inter CA or Experienced US/Canada Accounting person should apply

We are hiring an Experienced US Accountant to support US CPA firms and accounting clients through our outsourcing services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting, and be comfortable working directly with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end bookkeeping for US clients
- Record transactions in QuickBooks Online / Desktop, Xero, or similar software
- Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable management
- Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Support US payroll processing (ADP, Gusto, Paychex – preferred)
- Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end close activities
- Coordinate with US CPAs during audits and tax filings




- Communicate with US clients via email and virtual meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in US accounting or outsourcing
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP
- Excellent working experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet US deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience working with US CPA firms
- Knowledge of US sales tax, payroll taxes, and 1099s
- Client-facing experience
- Experience with workflow tools like Karbon, Practice Ignition, or similar
