Job Description:
Oak Overseas is looking for an experienced Overseas Education Counsellor to guide students who wish to pursue Bachelor's and Master's programs abroad.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one counselling to students and parents.
- Guide students regarding study opportunities in English-speaking and European countries.
- Understand academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Handle university applications and admission documentation.
- Coordinate offer letters and admission procedures.
- Guide students regarding financial documentation and visa requirements.
- Follow up with students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with international universities and education partners.
- Maintain student records and achieve counselling and admission targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in overseas education counselling is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of international university admissions.
- Experience handling applications and student documentation.
- Understanding of student visa procedures.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently counsel students and parents.
- Target-oriented approach and strong follow-up skills.
