About the RoleWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Corporate Lawyer to handle legal documentation, corporate advisory, agreements and regulatory compliance matters for startups, businesses and entrepreneurs.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and prepare legal agreements, MOUs, NDAs and other business documents.
- Handle company incorporation and corporate legal documentation.
- Provide legal assistance on business structuring and corporate matters.
- Assist with MCA filings, ROC compliance and statutory documentation.
- Review legal documents and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for legal requirements.
- Support business funding,



startup advisory and compliance-related matters.
- Eligibility & SkillsLLB degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in corporate law or legal advisory.
- Knowledge of Companies Act, MCA/ROC compliances and corporate documentation.
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in a CA firm, law firm or corporate advisory setup will be preferred.
