About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, results-driven Telecaller with prior Tour & Travel industry experience to join our team. In this role, you will interact with potential travellers, understand their tour requirements, provide package details, and assist them in booking their dream trips.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients interested in tour and travel packages.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend customized travel itineraries.
- Provide transparent, detailed information regarding tour packages, pricing, inclusions, and booking processes.
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain positive customer relationships with a confident, friendly, and helpful attitude.
Requirements
- Mandatory:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a Tour & Travel company. (Applications without travel industry experience will not be considered).
- Languages: Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi (Required).
- Bonus Languages: Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a laptop/computer for work-from-home setup.
