About IndiaStayOSIndiaStayOS is a hotel technology platform designed to help hotels digitise guest check-ins and manage guest records and hotel operations through a centralised dashboard.

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Sales BDAs to onboard hotels in Jaipur and nearby areas.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit hotels, guest houses, boutique hotels and other accommodation businesses across assigned areas.
2. Meet hotel owners, general managers and decision-makers to introduce IndiaStayOS.
3. Explain the benefits of QR-based digital guest check-in and centralised guest record management.
4. Demonstrate the IndiaStayOS platform using a smartphone or laptop.
5. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and follow-ups.
6. Convert interested hotels into paid subscribers.
7. Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth hotel registration and activation.
8. Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, follow-up status and conversion records.
9. Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
10. Collect feedback from hotels and share market insights with the management team.

Salary & Incentive Structure

MONTHLY BASIC SALARY

₹12,500-17500

Fuel reimbursement

Up to ₹2,500/month

Incentive per conversion

₹500

Incentive eligibility:

- A conversion means a new hotel successfully registered and activated on a paid subscription.
- The first subscription payment must be received by IndiaStayOS.
- Free trials, duplicate leads and unpaid registrations do not qualify.




- Incentives are calculated and paid monthly after verification.

Fuel reimbursement policy:

- Reimbursement is for approved business travel using a personal two-wheeler.
- Maximum reimbursement: ₹2,500 per month.
- Daily travel and hotel visit records must be maintained.
- Reimbursement is against eligible business travel, not a guaranteed fixed allowance.

- Decision-maker meetings 5–8
- Product demonstrations 2–4
- Monthly paid conversions 8–10 initially

Targets may be reviewed after the first month based on territory and lead quality.

- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
- Freshers can apply; field sales experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting business owners.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps and digital tools.
- Good negotiation, presentation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Familiarity with Jaipur's local areas and hotel market is preferred.
