Position Overview BioQem Botanicals is looking for experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Executives to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence across Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical, allopathy, herbal, Ayurvedic, Unani, or nutraceutical sales, along with good market knowledge a

- Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives for the territory.
- Develop and implement effective territory sales plans and strategies.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, retailers, distributors, stockists, and other relevant customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors/stockists and ensure timely order generation and collection.




- Ensure effective product detailing and communication of product benefits.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor updates for management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
- Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in Pharma, Allopathy, Ayurveda, Herbal, Unani, Nutraceutical, or related healthcare segments.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of the Bengaluru market will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
