About the Company

Absolut Air Products specializes in designing, installing, and operating industrial gas generation plants, including Dissociated Ammonia (DA) plants and PSA Nitrogen plants.

We are looking for responsible and technically inclined Plant Operators to join our operations team at our DA plant located at the Gold Plus Glass Industries facility in Kanagala, Karnataka. The plant supplies hydrogen gas required for the float glass manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the Dissociated Ammonia (DA) plant and associated equipment.
- Monitor plant operations, including pressure, temperature, flow rates and other operating parameters.
- Take hourly instrument readings and maintain daily operational logs.
- Report plant readings and operational updates to the central operations team regularly.
- Identify abnormalities in plant performance and promptly report any issues.
- Assist with routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Assist with ammonia tanker unloading and related plant operations.
- Ensure the plant operates safely and efficiently in accordance with established operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness,



discipline and safety standards within the plant premises.

Eligibility & Requirements

- ITI, Diploma or Graduate qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery and equipment is preferred.
- Ability to understand and record technical readings.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi or English are required.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts at a 24-hour operational facility.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

Working Hours & Benefits

- 24-hour plant operations with three rotating shifts (A, B and C), each of 8 hours.
- Shift schedules are rotated periodically.
- One day off per week, as per the shift schedule.
- 22 days of annual leave, which can be taken together or split throughout the year, in coordination with operational requirements.
- Accommodation provided at the plant location, shared with other operators.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and suitability.

Start Date

Immediate or as soon as possible.
