What we are looking for:

- Fresher or experience in Pre sales / Out bound sales / Lead generation
- High energy, persuasive negotiation skills, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent Verbal English Communication Skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
- Comfortable working in UK Shift

Key Responsibilities:





- Make outbound calls to pitch products/services to prospective B2C clients in the UK and converting leads into active prospect.
- Identify Prospects and understand customer needs and requirements, address objections effectively.
- Accurately log customer interactions and call outcomes in the system in real-time.
- Adhere to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and script frameworks.
- Qualify leads and schedule a call and follow up with sales team

- Competitive Remunerations: 15,000 to 30,000 per month (Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and interview performance).
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Performance-based incentives and attendance bonus designed to celebrate consistency and performance.
- Job Location: RPS 12th Avenue, Main Mathura Road. Faridabad.
- Shift Timings: UK Shift (3:30 PM to 12:30 AM). Monday to Saturday.
