₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability) + Performance-based incentives.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, insurance sales, customer service or sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Education: Graduate and above.

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
• Make 80–100 calls daily to provided leads.
• Explain term and life insurance products to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and generate interest in insurance plans.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings or sales calls.
• Assist customers with application forms and premium payment processes.
• Maintain daily call records and achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Required Skills:
• Valuable communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer handling and convincing skills.
• Ability to follow up with leads and work towards targets.
• Interest in insurance sales and customer engagement.
