Rupahali Sarees, a Kolkata women's ethnic wear showroom with 31 years of experience, is hiring a Fashion Consultant for One Wood Street. You will welcome customers warmly and softly, understand their occasion, taste and budget, and help them choose sarees, lehengas and Indo-Western wear. You will learn fabrics, weaves, embroidery and draping through our SOP and learning material, follow up with customers so they return, achieve sales targets without pressuring anyone, and keep the showroom neat and customer-ready. Fashion or retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; freshers and candidates from hospitality, banking, airlines or premium retail with positive communication are welcome. Must be confident, soft-spoken, presentable, eager to learn, and comfortable speaking Hindi, Bengali and English. Extra working days may be needed during weddings, festivals and the sale season.
