Live Status Management: Ensure riders are activated and resolve app or login issues.
Wallet & Payout Support: Assist riders with wallet setup, recharges, and payout discrepancies.
Vehicle Support: Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve vehicle breakdowns and servicing issues.
Asset Recovery: Recover company vehicles from inactive or non-performing riders and maintain records.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain operational records and coordinate with Ops, Finance, and Support teams.
