Job PurposeTo identify, source, and recruit suitable candidates through field visits, local networking, and direct sourcing to fulfil manpower requirements within the stipulated timelines.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit local areas, employment centres, colleges, and other sourcing locations to identify potential candidates.
2. Source candidates for blue-collar and entry-level positions.
3. Conduct walk-in interviews and preliminary screening.
4. Explain job roles, salary, working conditions, and company policies to candidates.
5. Coordinate candidate interviews with the recruitment team and clients.
6. Generate candidate leads through references, local networks, and job advertisements.
7.
Ensure daily candidate mobilization and joining targets are achieved.
8. Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
9. Maintain daily sourcing, interview, selection, and joining reports.
10. Coordinate with the operations team for candidate onboarding.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
