1. Provide proper nursing care and assistance to patients.
2. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels.
3. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
4. Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
5. Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
6. Ensure proper patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control in the patient care area.
8. Check and maintain medical equipment and nursing supplies.
9. Respond promptly to patient emergencies and inform the concerned doctor.
10. Explain medication instructions and basic care procedures to patients and their relatives.
11. Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols,
and safety guidelines.
12. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional behaviour.
13. Complete proper handover of patient details during shift changes.
14. Perform any other nursing-related duties assigned by the Nursing In-Charge or Management.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
