? Key Responsibilities

* Cold calling to prospective students and parents

* Handle inbound and outbound counseling calls

* Share accurate information on courses, fees and academics

* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion

* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

* Maintain lead records and share daily/weekly reports with the Team Leader

? Requirements

* Laptop is mandatory ?

* Strong knowledge of the K-10 (TU) or JEE/NEET (TP) curriculum

* Excellent communication skills (Regional Language / English preferred)

* Strong negotiation skills and ability to convert leads

* Sales experience preferred (education industry is a plus)

* Ability to work in a target-driven setting
