The ideal candidate should have robust local labor market connections, experience in field recruitment, and the ability to close hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
Source blue-collar candidates through local communities, job fairs, referrals, social media, and vendor networks.
Conduct field recruitment drives in industrial areas, labor hubs, and high-footfall locations.
Partner with manpower agencies, NGOs, and skill development programs to meet hiring requirements.
Manage bulk hiring for delivery executives, warehouse associates, and other operational roles.
2. Screening & Selection
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ experience, job readiness, and suitability.
Verify candidate documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details, as per company policy
