1. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students and parents from the company's lead database.
2. Handle incoming enquiries regarding medical courses and admissions.
3. Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, and available courses.
4. Generate student interest and schedule counselling appointments.
5. Follow up with interested students and parents regularly.
6. Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
7. Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for further discussions.
8. Convert interested enquiries into counselling appointments and potential admissions.
9. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and performance targets.
10. Maintain professional communication with students and parents.

- Required Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Kannada or other regional language knowledge will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confidence in handling student and parent enquiries.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Eligibility: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or education counselling will be preferred.
- Candidates from the education or healthcare industry will have an advantage.
- Performance Expectations: 80–100 outbound calls per day.
- Regular follow-ups with interested leads.
