- Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesA. Mechanical Fitting & AssemblyPerform mechanical fitting and assembly of cleanroom equipment.
- Assemble stainless steel (SS 304), galvanized iron (GI), and mild steel (MS) components.
- Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, deburring, and fastening operations.
- Assemble frames, doors, hinges, locks, handles, and mechanical accessories.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and dimensional accuracy.
B. Fabrication & Sheet Metal WorkRead and understand fabrication and mechanical drawings.
- Perform marking, measuring, cutting, drilling, and fitting of sheet metal components.
- Assist with fabrication and assembly of SS and GI enclosures.
- Perform sheet metal finishing, polishing, and grinding activities.
- Coordinate with welding and bending teams for accurate fabrication
