Eligibility & Technical Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in night shifts.
- International Voice Process (Inbound Calling) experience is required for experienced candidates.
- B2C domain experience is mandatory.
- Basic technical knowledge of Routers, Switching, and Troubleshooting is required.
- Familiarity with technical support processes and basic networking concepts.
- Knowledge of internet connectivity issues and their troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Work From Office is mandatory.
- Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
