Job Overview

Aakash Institute is looking for energetic and high-performing male sales professionals for a Field Sales & Marketing role in Udupi. You will be responsible for driving student admissions, executing local marketing campaigns, conducting school tie-ups, and meeting parents and prospective students directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, direct sales meetings, and door-to-door/on-ground interactions with parents and prospective students.

• Organize and execute local marketing activities, information desks, and school outreach programs across Udupi.





• Counsel parents and students regarding Aakash Institute’s courses, test series, and competitive exam preparation modules.

• Generate prospective leads, drive conversion pipelines, and consistently achieve monthly admission targets.

• Maintain active field tracking, client/parent follow-ups, and daily activity reporting.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

• Gender: Male candidates only.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Mandate: Prior B2C Sales experience in any industry is mandatory (EdTech, Education, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, etc.).

• Mobility & Role Fit: Must be comfortable with regular local field travel and on-ground promotional activities across Udupi.

• Communication: Strong local communication skills, negotiation ability, and a direct closing mindset.
