- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of spoken English with a neutral or international accent preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
