Role OverviewWe are looking for a agile and result-oriented BTL Sales Manager who can generate new business opportunities, acquire clients and drive revenue through BTL marketing and advertising solutions.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new clients across FMCG, F&B;, Real Estate, Retail, E-commerce and other industries.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and market research.
3. Pitch BTL marketing solutions, including:

- Gated community and society activations
- Mall and retail activations
- Outdoor advertising and branding
- Sampling and promotional campaigns
- Corporate events and brand activations
- Influencer marketing campaigns
1. Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, presentations and quotations.

Schedule client meetings and convert prospects into confirmed business.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing managers, brand managers and decision-makers.
4. Coordinate with internal operations and execution teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
6. Follow up on proposals, negotiations, purchase orders and payments.
7. Maintain a sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in advertising, media, BTL or event management.
- Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
- Strong understanding of Hyderabad's corporate and brand market.
- Target-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
QualificationAny Bachelor's Degree. MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
