We are looking for passionate and skilled Baristas to join our team at a premium café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, including espresso-based beverages.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment.
- Have valuable knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.
- Provide excellent customer service and guest experience.
- Manage inventory and coffee station requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred.
- Good knowledge of espresso, milk steaming and coffee brewing.
- Knowledge of latte art is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
