Positions: Biryani Cook / Chinese Cook

Department: Kitchen

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Responsibilities:

- Prepare quality biryani or Chinese dishes as per menu standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.
- Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage daily kitchen preparation and maintain cleanliness.
- Ensure timely food preparation and minimise wastage.
