1. Job ObjectiveWe are looking for a responsible and organised Telecaller to handle incoming customer calls, capture caller details and requirements, coordinate with the concerned Area Sales Executives and Managers, and maintain accurate customer and enquiry records in the company's CRM system.
The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, advertisers, media owners and other business associates.
