*## Option 1: Junior Accountant (1–3 Years Experience)*

* Position: Junior Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant

* Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

* Gender Preference: Female Only

* Experience Required: 1 to 3 years (Mandatory experience working in a CA Firm handling client accounts)

* Salary: ₹20,000/- per month (approx.)

## Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger scrutiny for assigned clients.

* Passing daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software (sales, purchases, bank receipts, payments, and contra entries).

* Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

* Assisting in basic GST computation, TDS entries, and routine statutory compliance.

* Coordinating directly with clients to collect necessary bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.

* Assisting seniors/partners in audit work and preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).

## Key Requirements:

* Minimum Graduate (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent commerce background).

* Hands-on experience in a CA Firm is a must.

* Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and MS Excel.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients.

## *Option 2: Senior Accountant (3–5 Years Experience)*

* Position: Senior Accounts Executive / Senior Accountant

* Location:



Santacruz, Mumbai

* Gender Preference: Female Only

* Experience Required: 3 to 5 years (Mandatory experience working in a CA Firm handling end-to-end client accounts)

* Salary: ₹30,000/- per month (approx.)

## Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

* Independent handling of full-spectrum accounting and bookkeeping for diverse CA firm clients.

* Finalization of accounts, preparation of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and schedules.

* Review and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation) and TDS returns.

* Assisting with statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

* Handling client queries, tax compliance data compilation, and liaising with seniors for final sign-offs.

* Supervising and guiding junior team members where required.

## Key Requirements:

* Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA preferred).

* Proven track record of working in a CA Firm handling multiple client accounts independently.

* Strong command over Tally Prime/ERP 9, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and GST/TDS portals.

* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and dependable execution skills.
