? What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

✅ 6+ month of experience in telecalling or customer communication preferred

✅ Experience in political campaigns, elections, or public affairs will be an added advantage

✅ Ability to handle calls, maintain records, and follow up effectively

✅ Good Hindi communication skills; English proficiency is a plus

✅ Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment

? Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and communicate with people professionally

• Conduct surveys and collect relevant information

• Maintain call records and update databases

• Follow up on assigned leads and coordinate with the team

• Support political campaign and public outreach activities
