Job Role: Production Operator – Wire Harness / Cable Assembly

Qualification:

• SSLC / PUC / ITI

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics is also preferred.

Experience:

• Experience in wire harness manufacturing, cable assembly, electronics assembly, electrical component manufacturing, or automotive component assembly is preferred.

Fresher : 16k-17k

Experience: 20k+

Job Responsibilities:

• Cutting wires to the required length and stripping insulation.

• Crimping terminals and attaching connectors.

• Assembling wires, cables, and wire harnesses.

• Soldering, visual inspection, and electrical testing, wherever required.

• Identifying defects and maintaining product quality.

• Following safety rules, work instructions, and production targets.

• Handling, labelling, and packing finished products.

Required Skills:

• Basic electrical/electronics knowledge is an advantage.

• Attention to detail and quality consciousness.

• Positive hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Ability to commute to Singasandra and work the confirmed shift schedule.
