- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, conceptualising and executing corporate events and MICE projects.
- Come up with creative ideas, themes, activities and engagement concepts.
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, hotels and other event partners.
- Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, budgets and costing sheets.
- Support the team in event production, logistics and on-ground execution.
- Research new entertainment options, event trends and experiential ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.




- Be actively involved in pre-event planning and on-site event management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in events, entertainment and experiential marketing.
- Good coordination and organisational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and work during events, including weekends when required.
