Job SummaryMonocoque Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and technically competent Architect or Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior projects, architectural design, and project operations.

The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, project coordination, site execution, and ensuring successful project delivery within the specified timelines and quality standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Handle interior design and architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and project expectations.
- Manage project operations, site execution, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure project execution meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Prepare BOQs,



material specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Ensure proper coordination between design and execution teams.
- Support client presentations and design approvals.
- Qualifications & RequirementsB.Arch or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and interior projects.
- Solid knowledge of interior project execution and site operations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software is an advantage.
- Ability to read and prepare architectural and construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Preferred ExperienceResidential and commercial interior projects.
- Architectural design and space planning.
- Interior fit-out and turnkey project execution.
- Client coordination and contractor management.
