Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain databases, and provide accurate information to support business operations and management decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
- Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Filters, and Data Validation.
- Identify data discrepancies, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely reporting.
- Track departmental performance, targets, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain proper records and databases for management review.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.




- Coordinate with internal departments to collect data and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Prepare analytical summaries and share insights with management as required.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, data sorting, filtering, and data cleaning.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

- Preferred CandidateExperience: Fresher–1 year in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, or a similar role.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or Computer Applications will be preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working at the designated office location.
- Candidates must demonstrate practical Excel knowledge and strong logical and analytical abilities.
