Job Summary: We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic, and customer-oriented Steward to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
- Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are properly set up before guest arrivals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely order execution.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow restaurant service standards and SOPs.
- Assist with table clearing and resetting.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and professional grooming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
