Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the store

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Promote and cross-sell post-paid SIM cards

• Handle tele-calling and tele-sales during free time

• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

• Visit customers occasionally to close deals

• Maintain a qualified appearance (company T-shirt provided)

• Work one Sunday per month (compensatory off will be provided)

? Training & Certification

• Selected candidates will undergo a 1-week CRE Certification Training

• Training will be conducted at the Head Office – Kochi (Vyttila)

• Food & Accommodation will be provided by the company
